Theme Tree Open House
Hurleyville, NY – The Sullivan County Historical Society participated in the “Holiday in Hurleyville” event on Saturday, December 2, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Throughout the day there were fun family activities including live music, craft and food vendors.
The Sullivan County Historical Society featured its annual Open House and Holiday Theme Tree exhibit, with many different holiday displays made by individuals and local organizations. There were opportunities to purchase holiday gifts such as history books, gift shop items and photographs by Frederick Cook from the Sullivan County Historical Society and the Frederick Cook Society.
This annual event takes place in the Sullivan County Museum, 265 Main Street, Hurleyville. The holiday trees were on display until New Year’s Day, so everyone could stop in to see the lovely decorations.
